Job Description
Develop business growth through relationship building and effective selling.
Deliver products and provide merchandising support to assigned accounts.
Achieve route growth targets and maximize product distribution.
Execute promotional programs and ensure point‑of‑sale materials are displayed.
Maintain proper inventory levels, product rotation, and backroom organization.
Complete scheduled service stops accurately and on time.
Maintain equipment and ensure product quality standards are met.
Complete required paperwork accurately and legibly.
Position Requirements
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Dependable vehicle with valid insurance.
Ability to pass pre‑employment drug screen, physical evaluation, and military background check.
Ability to work in cold environments and varying surface conditions.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform frequent physical movement.
Basic math skills.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours as required.
