
Account Manager

We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Account Manager to join our team in the Greater Tampa Bay area. This role is responsible for managing and growing existing customer accounts while identifying new opportunities within those relationships. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, customer-oriented, and capable of balancing account management with sales growth in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Identify opportunities to grow accounts through additional products, services, or solutions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, handling inquiries, pricing requests, and order coordination.
Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams including sales, operations, and customer service to ensure successful order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
Monitor account activity and maintain accurate records within CRM systems.
Support business development efforts by identifying potential new clients and referral opportunities.
Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or client relationship management.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience managing customer accounts and identifying growth opportunities.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Preferred
Experience in distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or a B2B sales environment.
