Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Orlando, FL, for an Account Executive. The Account Executive will be responsible for establishing and nurturing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and guiding partners through the onboarding process. Primary responsibilities include generating leads, assessing client needs, recommending tailored financing solutions, and liaising with lenders to ensure successful transactions. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to meet and exceed performance goals while upholding excellent customer service.
Qualifications
Experience in sales, account management, or business development, with a focus on delivering exceptional client support
Strong communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills
Familiarity with financial services, lending products, or fintech platforms is highly desirable
Proficiency with CRM tools and data‑driven decision‑making
Ability to work collaboratively and meet or exceed performance targets
Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to adapt to a fast‑paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
Previous experience working in a startup or financial services industry is a plus
