This is not atraditional sales position. This role is best described as aconsultative, client-service-focused advisor position. The clientsyou work with have already expressed interest in coverage orrequested information. Your role is to guide them through theiroptions, answer questions, and help them enroll in the coveragethey requested.

You will meet withindividuals and families virtually (via Zoom or phone),ensuring they understand their options and feel confident in theirdecisions. This is a 1099, performance-based role with structuredtraining, mentorship, and clearly defined advancement pathways.

No cold calling.No chasing. You will work exclusively with individualsand families. who have already requested information orassistance regarding their insurance needs.

KeyResponsibilities:

Learn and follow proven companysystems to deliver a high-quality client experience

Follow up with warm leads andprior client inquiries

Conduct virtual client meetingsvia Zoom or phone

Educate clients using aconsultative, service-first approach

Help clients enroll in coveragethey have requested

Maintain clear, professional, andtimely communication

Collaborate with team members toensure consistent client support

Meet performance benchmarks tounlock growth opportunities

Participate in weekly virtualtraining and professional development

Build and maintain long-termclient relationships using company-provided andself-generated leads

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in sales,customer service, or a related field preferred (No salesexperience - we have openings for those who want to serve othersin a consultative way)

Strong verbal and virtualcommunication skills

Comfort with technology and moderndigital tools

Excellent time management andorganizational skills

Professional, dependable, andservice-oriented

Coachable mindset with awillingness to learn and improve

Requirements:

Flexible availability, includingsome evenings or weekends

Reliable smartphone, computer,and internet access

Ability to pass a backgroundcheck

Ability to complete contractingrequirements

Active Life & Health InsuranceLicense or willingness to obtain one with support

Compensation &Growth:

Commission-based compensation(1099)
