Summary Natus Neuro is looking for a driven, relationship-focused Territory Sales Manager (Western US) to lead growth across an assigned territory. In this role, you will work directly with physicians, clinicians, and healthcare leaders to introduce and expand adoption of cutting-edge neurodiagnostic and neurocritical care technologies.
This is a highly visible position for a sales professional who thrives in complex clinical environments, enjoys building trusted relationships with key opinion leaders, and wants to make a meaningful impact in patient care.

Drive Territory Growth
Forecast and grow your territory by meeting or exceeding
monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets .
Become a
product expert
in the Natus Neuro portfolio.
Communicate the clinical and economic value of our technologies to physicians, clinical teams, and healthcare administrators.
Generate sales leads, develop quotations, and manage customer communications.
Build and maintain a
strong, qualified pipeline
within your territory.
Track and manage all pipeline activity through
Siebel CRM .
Engage the Clinical Market
Schedule and conduct
personalized product demonstrations
for physicians and clinical teams.
Develop relationships with
clinical and administrative champions
across your territory.
Lead educational initiatives including
peer-to-peer events, presentations, and product introductions .
Support the continued adoption and growth of the
Natus Neuro portfolio
in Neurocritical Care environments.
Collaborate and Expand Opportunities
Partner with the
Area Sales Manager (ASM)
to grow Neurocritical Care and
Moberg CNS
product sales.
Work closely with internal teams including
sales support and customer service
to ensure customer success.
Attend
industry conferences, trade shows, and professional events
to build relationships and expand market presence.
Maintain Operational Excellence
Prepare
accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts .
Provide leadership with regular updates on
new and existing business opportunities .
Maintain strict compliance with
regulatory and quality requirements .
Track activity and maintain pipeline visibility using
Siebel CRM .
Perform additional responsibilities as needed based on evolving market and business needs.
What You Bring Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree
from a four‑year college strongly preferred.
MBA or medical qualification
is a strong plus.
Minimum 5 years of MedTech sales experience .
Experience in
Neuro, ICU, or Critical Care environments preferred .
Skills & Capabilities
Exceptional
presentation, communication, and organizational skills .
Proven ability to collaborate with diverse healthcare stakeholders including:
Physicians
Nursing teams
Hospital managers
IT departments
Hospital administration and C‑suite leaders
Ability to
work independently
and manage a complex territory.
Strong relationship‑building and influence skills.
Proficiency in
Excel, Word, and PowerPoint .
Travel
This role requires
extensive travel (approximately 75%)
within the assigned territory.

Pay Transparency Pursuant to the requirements of applicable State laws and regulations, the starting base salary for this position is $65K USD, plus an uncapped commission plan. Additionally, to support our newly hired, we offer a monthly commission guarantee for the first six months of employment. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
