Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Inside Sales Coordinator located in Coral Gables, FL. The Inside Sales Coordinator will support sales efforts by managing customer inquiries and ensuring high levels of satisfaction, processing orders, maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with the sales team to drive business growth. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include responding to customer questions, preparing sales reports, managing data entry for sales leads, and supporting travel advisors and property‑related queries.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Inside Sales and Order Processing to manage client transactions and ensure efficient workflow
Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills with a focus on creating positive experiences
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively respond to inquiries and liaise with clients and team members
Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to perform effectively under deadlines, with strong organizational and multitasking skills
Previous experience in the hospitality industry or travel sector is a plus
Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred but not required
