About the Role As the

Luxury Sales Coordinator , you are a highly organized execution partner at the center of Curio’s Luxury Sales channels. You have deep experience in sales operations and coordination, a strong understanding of cross-functional workflows and data accuracy, and a proven track record of keeping complex sales activity moving smoothly and on time. This role is critical to ensuring reliable execution, clear communication, and operational continuity across Luxury Sales so leaders can stay focused on growth and strategic priorities.

***This role is for candidates who reside within 60 miles of our corporate office on 9th Street SE in Minneapolis***

What You’ll Do Sales Operations & Execution

Serve as the central coordination hub for all Luxury Sales channels (Independent, Chain/Key Accounts, International)

Execute and maintain operational workflows including order coordination, product grid updates, order forms, and sales tools

Maintain accurate tracking of key sales metrics, programs, and operational files

Ensure timely communication and follow-through across internal teams and external partners

Support execution of new item setup and sales operations processes

Sales Reporting & Data Management

Coordinate and distribute weekly, monthly, and program-specific sales reporting

Maintain tracking and reporting for key sales initiatives and programs

Support data integrity across reporting systems, trackers, and dashboards

Assist sales leadership with reporting and analysis to support operational decisions

Cross-Channel Coordination

Support Independent, Chain/Key Accounts, and International sales teams

Coordinate communication to field teams, rep groups, and account partners

Assist with onboarding/offboarding of sales reps and territory transitions

Serve as liaison between Sales and internal cross-functional teams

Program & Launch Execution

Support coordination and execution of product launches and sales programs

Maintain program documentation, tracking, and execution accuracy

Support field readiness with tools, communications, and coordination

Administrative & Execution Support

Maintain operational files, trackers, and documentation

Support sample and materials coordination where required

Provide execution support for sales leadership and cross-functional initiatives

Maintain high responsiveness and real-time communication during business hours

What You Bring Qualifications:

3+ years’ experience in sales support, coordination, or sales operations

Demonstrated success managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and workstreams in a fast-paced environment

Strong skills and experience in sales coordination, data accuracy, reporting, and cross-functional execution

Clear, confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills across teams and stakeholders

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills for tracking, reporting, and data management

Experience working across multiple business systems such as ERP, CRM, order management, and reporting platforms

Preferred:

Experience supporting multiple sales channels (Independent, Chain/Key Accounts, International)

Experience with home fragrance, beauty, or lifestyle product categories
