Account Manager

What You’ll Do
Own the schedule - manage and coordinate daily schedules for our mobile service technicians
Support the field - process parts requests and ensure technicians have what they need to get the job done right
Keep customers informed - provide clear updates on timelines, lead‑times, and service expectations
Maintain accuracy - update customer databases with current information and service details
Bridge communication - serve as the link between customers, technicians, and department managers
Support accounting - provide accurate maintenance contract billing information and prepare service invoices
What We’re Looking For
Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities
Excellent communication skills — clear, professional, and customer‑focused
Experience in service coordination, dispatch, or customer support within the equipment, trucking, or fleet service industry (preferred)
A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast‑moving environment
Detail‑oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy in scheduling, billing, and documentation
