What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Design and maintain core sales dashboards to provide a unified source of truth
Analyze performance trends to identify pipeline gaps and conversion bottlenecks
Translate sales requirements into technical briefs for CRM enhancements
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system updates align with sales workflows
Manage daily data integrity, including deduplication and auditing of records
What is Required (Qualifications):
At least 4 years of experience in Sales Operations, SDR Workflow, Revenue Operations, or a technical Sales Enablement role
Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce and HubSpot
Advanced skills in building dashboards and manipulating data (Excel/Google Sheets mastery)
High proficiency in prompt engineering and using AI tools for sales efficiency
Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical requirements to IT and actionable workflows to sales representatives
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Salesforce and HubSpot Admin certification
Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Looker
Previous experience in a Biotech company
