North Shore Medical Labs is seeking a

field-based Territory Sales Representative

to build new business, establish relationship with physician offices and expand diagnostic testing services in your assigned area.

This is a

highly active, in-person role

that involves visiting medical practices daily, introducing services, and supporting new account onboarding.

If you enjoy meeting people, working independently in the field, and building long-term business relationships, this role offers strong growth potential.

Responsibilities

Cold calling physician offices daily within your territory

Build relationships with office managers, nurses, and providers

Introduce lab services and build new business

Support onboarding of new practices

Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects

Track activity and territory progress

Work closely with operations to ensure smooth service delivery

What Success Looks Like Successful candidates are comfortable:

Working in the field most of the day

Initiating conversations with new clinics

Managing a busy territory schedule

Building trust over time through persistence

Operating independently with strong discipline

Basic Requirements

Prior sales or customer-facing experience

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to travel locally within territory

Reliable transportation

Self-motivated and organized

Preferred Background

Healthcare sales (lab, device, home health, insurance)

Experience working with physician offices

Field sales experience in any industry
