We’re looking for an experienced
Inside Sales Manager
to lead and develop our Inside Sales team while driving revenue growth and strengthening customer relationships. In this role, you will oversee team performance, manage pipeline activity, and work closely with leadership to achieve sales goals while delivering exceptional service to current and prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership
Manage and coach the Inside Sales team to achieve sales targets and performance goals.
Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement sales strategies.
Identify opportunities to grow the sales pipeline and acquire new customers.
Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to maximize results.
Customer & Account Management
Support the sales of products and services to new and existing customers.
Build strong customer relationships to improve retention and repeat business.
Guide onboarding for new clients and ensure a positive customer experience.
Address and resolve customer concerns with effective solutions.
Sales Operations
Track pipeline activity, forecasts, and sales metrics using CRM tools.
Review proposals and presentations prior to delivery to customers.
Partner with internal teams to support successful sales execution.
Team Development
Train, mentor, and motivate Inside Sales team members.
Conduct performance reviews and support professional development.
Ensure the team maintains strong product knowledge and industry awareness.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience leading or managing a sales team.
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to analyze sales metrics and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
