The successful individual will be one of the
first commercial hires in a newly established team , helping to shape the market approach, build the project pipeline, and develop the commercial structure that will underpin long-term European growth.

What You Will Be Doing
Developing and building a
European pipeline of cleanroom opportunities
Building relationships with
EPC contractors, engineering companies and industrial clients
Supporting clients in translating project requirements into
technical cleanroom solutions
Preparing proposals and quotations in collaboration with engineering and supplier partners
Supporting supplier qualification and framework agreements
Helping to establish the
commercial processes, structure and market strategy
for the business unit
Projects typically span
12–24 month sales cycles
and involve large-scale
controlled environment facilities across pharma, semiconductor sectors .
What Experience We Are Looking For
Background in
cleanroom construction, controlled environments or HVAC systems
Experience in
technical sales, business development or bid management
Strong understanding of
cleanroom technologies
Experience working with
EPC contractors, general contractors or industrial end users
Ability to translate technical concepts into
commercial solutions and proposals
Degree in
Mechanical, Process, Building Services or Industrial Engineering
preferred
An existing network within
pharma or semiconductor construction ecosystems
would be highly valuable.
Fluent English is required.
