A well-established, mission-driven healthcare organization in Texas is seeking a dedicated Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its growing outpatient team in the Conroe and Magnolia areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for an APP seeking a predictable schedule, light patient volume, and true work-life balance in a supportive, community-focused environment.
Why This Opportunity Stands Out• $125,000 – $135,000 base salary + $10K–$15K productivity
• Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• No call responsibilities
• Manageable patient volume (~14 patients per day)

What You’ll Do• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting
• Manage acute and chronic conditions while focusing on preventive care
• Build long-term patient relationships in a continuity-based practice
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality care
What We’re Looking For• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Experience in primary care preferred
• Comfortable seeing patients of all ages, peds a plus!
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
• Passion for community-based, patient-centered care
