About the Opportunity Nimnicht Chevrolet is looking for a motivated Business-to-Business (B2B) Outside Sales Professional to represent our commercial vehicle division. We specialize in helping local businesses, contractors, and fleet operators find the right Chevrolet work trucks, vans, and upfitted vehicles to power their operations.

This is a relationship-driven outside sales role focused on building partnerships with companies across multiple industries. Automotive experience is not required — we will train the right sales professional who understands B2B relationship building and prospecting.

Position Overview The Outside Commercial Sales Representative will work directly with local businesses to identify transportation and fleet needs, present solutions, and coordinate custom upfitted work vehicles

such as service bodies, utility trucks, contractor vans, and other specialized commercial builds designed to improve productivity in the field.

This position is ideal for someone with experience in B2B sales, account management, construction industry sales, equipment sales, or business development .

Key Responsibilities

Prospect and develop new commercial accounts through networking, cold outreach, and in-person visits

Build long-term relationships with contractors, service companies, municipalities, and fleet operators

Present and demonstrate Chevrolet commercial trucks, vans, and fleet solutions

Work with customers to design upfitted vehicles

tailored to their business needs (service bodies, shelving packages, tool storage, ladder racks, etc.)

Generate quotes, proposals, and fleet solutions for business clients

Manage sales pipeline and maintain consistent follow-up with prospects

Represent the dealership at local business and industry events

Qualifications

Experience in B2B sales, outside sales, or business development preferred

Strong relationship-building and networking skills

Self-motivated and comfortable prospecting new business

Professional communication and presentation skills

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Automotive experience not required — product training provided
