Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Representative role based in Cranbury, NJ. The Inside Sales Representative will manage inbound and outbound customer communications, generate leads, maintain and grow customer accounts, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, collaborating with the sales team, and providing exceptional customer service and support to meet or exceed sales targets. Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and engage prospective clients effectively Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to address client needs and ensure a positive experience Proficiency in Account Management to develop and maintain strong client relationships Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively within a sales team and contribute to business growth Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools is beneficial Previous experience in the automotive parts or industrial products sector is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
