Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager based in Lexington, KY. The Account Manager will oversee client accounts by addressing customer inquiries, managing policy information, preparing insurance quotes, and processing policy updates and renewals. The role requires providing exceptional customer service while identifying client needs and offering tailored insurance solutions. The Account Manager will collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals, ensure client satisfaction, and contribute to the continued success of the agency.
Qualifications
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills for client interaction and relationship management.
Proficiency in detail-oriented work, organization, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience or familiarity with insurance policies or willingness to quickly learn industry-specific terminology and processes.
Competency with office software applications, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
Problem-solving capabilities and the ability to provide tailored solutions to meet clients' insurance needs.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Previous experience in insurance, sales, or account management is preferred but not required.
