As a Senior Account Executive – Lateral Flow Assay (LFA) Diagnostics, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding adoption of our innovative diagnostic solutions across the healthcare and medical device sectors. This position centers on leveraging an established network of industry contacts to deliver immediate business impact, while building long-term partnerships with key decision-makers in healthcare systems, laboratories, and distribution companies. Success requires a strong track record in LFA diagnostics sales, deep knowledge of diagnostic technologies, and exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to secure new accounts, forge partnerships, and expand market share across healthcare systems, laboratories, and retail pharmacy chains.

Client Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor by educating clients on LFA benefits, providing training and support, and ensuring successful product adoption and loyalty.

Market Opportunity Identification: Analyze trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to refine sales strategies and inform product development.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Service to align sales execution with product positioning and customer needs.

Sales Forecasting & CRM Management: Maintain accurate records, forecasts, and pipeline updates using CRM tools; provide regular progress reports and risk assessments.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Sales Experience: 7+ years of experience in LFA diagnostics sales or related medical device/healthcare fields.

Knowledge of point-of-care testing (POCT), infectious disease, or antibiotic stewardship.

Proven ability to drive adoption of diagnostics, with a strong focus on lateral flow assays.

Established network and ability to influence stakeholders in healthcare systems and labs.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts.

Proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven sales management.
