Salary and Benefits $50k - $55k salary (negotiable) + Uncapped Commissions & Excellent Benefits
Responsibilities
Drive New Business
Prospect and develop new customer relationships through outreach, networking, and sales initiatives.
Identify opportunities within the market and introduce customers to equipment solutions that fit their needs.
Build Lasting Customer Relationships
Manage and grow existing accounts by maintaining strong relationships and providing ongoing support.
Serve as a trusted partner to customers by understanding their operations and recommending the right equipment.
Sell Equipment & Solutions
Present and demonstrate heavy equipment and material handling products to customers.
Negotiate pricing, discuss financing options, and close deals to meet or exceed sales goals.
Promote additional services including parts, service, rental, and repair solutions.
Manage Your Territory
Plan and execute sales visits across your assigned territory.
Travel to customer sites to understand project needs and identify new opportunities.
Support the Customer Experience
Coordinate equipment demonstrations, installations, and delivery logistics.
Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Stay Ahead of the Market
Maintain deep knowledge of equipment features, benefits, and industry trends.
Stay informed on financing programs that help customers invest in new and used equipment.
Qualifications
Previous sales experience in heavy equipment, construction equipment, or material handling.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Self-motivated mindset with strong organization and time-management skills.
Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Compensation & Benefits
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
