
Senior Regional Relationship Manager

Transcom Solutions is hiring two Senior Regional Relationship Managers. One in the South Atlantic region and a Senior Regional Manager in the Midwest. Candidates must live in their region of employment.

Job Summary The Senior Regional Relationship Manager focuses on growing business within an assigned territory by building strong client relationships, expanding existing accounts, and securing new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Travel for in‑person client meetings, presentations, and industry events
Maintain and strengthen relationships with new and existing clients
Manage leads, track interactions, and organize sales activity in a CRM
Partner with internal teams to resolve client issues and support escalations
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer experience teams
Plan networking events and pursue strategic partnerships and new business
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or related field not required but is a plus
5+ years of outside sales experience; workers’ compensation experience preferred
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding regional sales goals, managing budget expectations and consistently achieving productivity targets
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage a travel‑heavy schedule
Proficient with CRM tools, Microsoft 365, Canva, and mobile technology
Must live within the assigned territory
Clearly and professionally communicate Transcom’s value proposition to clients, partners and internal departments
Clear written and verbal communication
Effective teamwork and cross‑functional collaboration
Strong problem‑solving and analytical thinking
Empathy and professionalism
Working Conditions
Extensive computer and phone use
Occasional physical activity during events
Up to 50% travel for client visits, conferences, events and meetings
