Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Sales Account Executive, based in San Juan. In this role, you will identify and engage potential clients through lead generation, manage client accounts, build and maintain strong client relationships, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for presenting Hospitri’s value proposition, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to onboard and support clients effectively. The role requires strong communication skills and a customer‑centered approach to drive revenue and build long‑lasting partnerships.
Qualifications
Experience with Lead Generation and developing new business opportunities
Proficiency in Account Management and identifying client needs
Strong Communication and presentation skills
Proven ability in Relationship Building and maintaining long‑term client partnerships
Exceptional Customer Service skills with a client‑focused mindset
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment
Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and capable of working independently
Previous experience in property management, real estate, or hospitality is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
