What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Generate profitable business through sales of equipment within your assigned territory
Develop and implement sales plans to grow business and maintain an existing customer base
Leverage cold‑calling and closing skills to expand the portfolio in a high‑demand market
Collaborate with a team to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
Assist in building the national branding identity of the employer
What is Required (Qualifications)
4‑year college degree in a related field with at least 1 year of related experience OR 3‑4 years of related sales experience
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Minimum age of 21 years
Strong project management, new business development, and customer retention skills
Effective communication and negotiation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Knowledge of ground protection, construction, or specialty industrial equipment
Bilingual (Spanish) may be preferred in some locations
