What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as a Sales Operations Lead advising on performance, operational risk, and scaling strategies in Salesforce
Manage end-to-end sales operations lead to order processes
Lead executive-level business reviews on pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and operational effectiveness
Provide scenario modeling for territories and forward-looking revenue insights to support planning
Ensure Salesforce enhancements align with sales execution and governance needs
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
6+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, or related roles
Salesforce expertise across opportunity architecture, forecasting, reporting, and data integrity
Advanced Excel skills with scenario modeling and financial analysis capability
Experience with end-to-end lead-to-cash processes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience serving as a primary sales and revenue operations partner to senior sales leadership
Demonstrated track record designing or evolving sales operating models and governance frameworks
Experience operating in manual or non-CPQ environments and preparing for CPQ, CLM, or billing automation
