Role Description We are seeking a SLED (State, Local, and Education) Account Executive to drive growth and foster relationships within the education, government, and local sectors. This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in the Greater Dothan area. The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing tailored security solutions, and presenting them to potential clients. This role will involve creating and maintaining long‑term customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure project success. You will also be responsible for maintaining a thorough understanding of the security industry and OSA's offerings to deliver exceptional service and value to our partners.

Qualifications

Strong sales and business development skills, including client relationship management and the ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Knowledge of security systems, low voltage datacomm, fiber installations, and integration services for physical and cyber security solutions.

Ability to assess customer needs, design customized security solutions, and develop proposals tailored to specific requirements.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for engaging with state, local, and education clients.

Understanding of the SLED market, including procurement processes, regulations, and partnerships in the public sector.

Proven project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to oversee complex security installations and implementations.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in business, technology, or security‑related careers.

Strong organizational and time‑management abilities, with experience working in a collaborative, on‑site environment.

Familiarity with risk assessment and strategic planning for security in government institutions, schools, and event venues is an added advantage.
