
Inside Sales Representative

You will be responsible for managing and relationship-building in a defined account base for an assigned territory. Responsibilities include maintaining existing accounts while utilizing outbound efforts to develop pipelines within new accounts and collaborating with the Manager in the development of a sales plan. This position will be based out of our Los Alamitos, CA office with the opportunity for a hybrid work schedule.
What You Will Be Doing:
Cold call within assigned account base to drive Epson brand messaging
Establish a strong Epson presence within an account base with various technology decision-makers
Interact with all appropriate internal and external customers to insure successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies with the customer
Meet/Exceeds sales and product objectives in territory by effectively utilizing available resources
Identify and understands the customer’s needs and provides solutions using Epson products, programs, and services
Keep abreast of product lines and industry trends to inform Epson management on developments and trends that may impact customers’ purchases
Identiy sales training needs of the accounts; prepares and delivers training as needed
Resolve customer issues in a timely and thorough manner; escalates issues to the manager as appropriate
Provide Sales Manager with monthly 90-day sales forecasts
Adhere to all administrative policies and procedures, utilizing and logging activities into SF.com as appropriate
Operate within budgetary constraints
Submit weekly activity/call reports, and maintains customer database
What You Will Bring:
2-5 years experience as an Inside Sales Representative or in a Call Center environment; familiarity with selling technology products a plus
Account management experience
Salesforce and Bid Desk Best Practices adherence
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to effectively work independently and within a team environment to accomplish sales goals
Flexibility of traveling to tradeshows as needed
Completion of an undergraduate program (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent experience

The starting hourly base pay for this role is between USD $27.59 and $36.24 (equivalent to $57,387 to $75,379 per year based on 2,080 hours). This position will have a 70/30 commission plan. Please note that this position’s salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
