What You Get to Do as a Parts Specialist:
Process and fulfill customer parts orders – in-person, online, and over the phone
Keep inventory stocked, organized, and accounted for, including returns and backorders
Coordinate shipments and deliveries to ensure timely customer service
Build strong relationships with technicians and customers, offering product knowledge and support
Create eye-catching product displays to promote seasonal or high-priority parts
Maintain a clean and safe workspace that reflects pride and professionalism
Other duties as assigned
What Qualities You Need to be a Parts Specialist:
High school diploma required
Previous experience in a parts, warehouse, or shop environment in equipment, automotive, and/or material handling industry preferred
Clear and friendly communication — both written and verbal
Proficient in computer skills and prefer experience with multi‑line phones
Willing to submit to pre‑employment background check and drug screen
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks like bending, twisting, kneeling
