Hiring for Electricians in Nashville, TN Job Description We are seeking a skilled electrician to join our team, responsible for executing plans of electrical wiring for well‑functioning lighting, intercom, and other electrical systems.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints to execute electrical plans.

Install electrical devices and fixtures, including switches, circuit‑breaker panels, fire alarm systems, plugs, and lighting.

Pull wires and bend/install conduit.

Troubleshoot, inspect, install, and replace wiring as needed.

Essential Skills

At least 4 years of commercial electrical experience.

Ability to read blueprints and execute plans.

Experience with bending and installing EMT conduit.

Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and electrical theory.

Journeyman certification.

Competency in troubleshooting electrical systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Journeyman card is a plus but not required.

CPR and First Aid training are preferred.

OSHA 10 certification is preferred.

Experience with rigid conduit is ideal.

Work Environment The position is Monday‑Friday, 1st shift, with start times between 6:00 am and 7:00 am, generally working 8‑hour days. Be open to overtime during the week and Saturday work. Candidates must have a diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and preferably an OSHA 10 certification. If not, an option to take the class during orientation is available.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, TN.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $32.00 /hr.
