What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Spearhead membership growth initiatives by enrolling eligible individuals in various health plans
Conduct outreach activities to promote health care solutions at events and community gatherings
Foster positive relationships with community organizations and medical providers
Generate and convert qualified leads and referrals into customers
Participate in local events to enhance brand visibility and strengthen community ties
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of two years in a customer service or sales environment, preferably in the health care industry
Ability to speak more than one language, preferably (e.g., English and Bengali, Hindi, or Spanish)
Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Availability to work full-time, including some evening and weekend hours
Valid driver's license
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in health insurance or a related field
Proven ability to build relationships with community stakeholders
Familiarity with health care plans and services
Strong presentation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
