Job Summary and Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a central figure in our ambulatory clinic, ensuring every patient feels respected and comfortable through seamless coordination and attentive service. You will uphold Virginia Mason's commitment to exceptional patient experiences.

Every day, you will expertly manage calls, schedule appointments, room patients, and coordinate daily schedules, while processing revenue, communicating test results, and warmly addressing patient concerns. Your work will continually leverage the Virginia Mason Production System to enhance efficiency and patient safety.

To be successful in this role, you will combine exceptional interpersonal skills, a proactive and organized approach, and a deep dedication to customer satisfaction. You will be passionate about positive patient experiences and thrive in our collaborative, innovative clinic environment.

Job Requirements Required

High School diploma or GED

Six (6) months customer service or medical setting experience or Associate degree

Professional demeanor with a positive, upbeat attitude

Excellent organizational and interpersonal communications

Detail oriented with ability to multi-task

Capable to work independently with minimal supervision

Ability to effectively present information an respond to questions from administrative and clinical staff, groups of managers, patients and physicians

Preferred

Knowledge of medical terminology
