
Marketing Sourcing Consultant

We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Sourcing Consultant to help support marketing procurement initiatives, with a strong focus on implementing and optimizing Scope of Work (SOW) and agency management platforms such as Decideware, AMS, or similar tools. This role will work closely with marketing and procurement teams to improve how agencies are engaged, managed, and evaluated, while also driving better use of data and analytics across sourcing activities.
What You’ll Do
Bring strong marketing procurement expertise, particularly around working with and sourcing marketing agencies.
Help lead the rollout and optimization of SOW tools such as Decideware, AMS, or similar platforms.
Review and refine taxonomy, agency requirements, and implementation processes for the tool.
Partner with marketing teams to establish clear ways of working and develop a planning calendar for marketing procurement activities.
Build and improve dashboards and analytics that provide insights into agency spend, performance, and sourcing opportunities.
Establish and strengthen supplier performance and relationship management processes.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and supplier engagement strategies.
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members as needed.
What We’re Looking For
Strong experience in marketing procurement, particularly with agency sourcing and management.
Hands-on experience implementing or managing SOW tools such as Decideware, AMS, or similar platforms.
Experience negotiating and managing agency relationships to align with business goals.
Comfortable working in regulated environments with structured procurement processes.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and project management skills.
Interest in leveraging AI and data-driven insights within procurement and services sourcing.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence decision-making.
