We are looking for a detail-oriented
Mechanical Designer
to join our engineering team. In this role, you won’t just be drawing parts; you will be the architectural backbone of high-performance automation systems, taking projects from initial concept to the final start-up phase.
Your Duties
Concept to Creation: Design mechatronic systems and components for cutting-edge automation machinery.
Precision Engineering: Develop comprehensive drafts and detailed 3D CAD designs.
Technical Liaison: Manage technical clarifications with suppliers and parts manufacturers to ensure design feasibility and quality.
Analytical Rigor: Perform project-based product calculations and cycle-time analyses to optimize machine performance.
Documentation Excellence: Generate precise technical drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and detailed assembly instructions.
Hands‑on Support: Occasionally move from the desk to the floor to support assembly, start‑up work, and the finalization of machine documentation.
Your Profile
Education: An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Software Mastery: Strong CAD skills with proven experience in industry‑standard design software.
Technical Depth: 2–5 years of experience applying machine design principles and mechatronic integration in a professional setting.
The "Designer’s Mind": Exceptional creativity, critical thinking, and a natural ability to solve complex mechanical puzzles.
Precision & Ethics: High levels of accuracy, diligence, and a keen sense of cost awareness.
Ownership: The ability to self-manage time, act reliably, and take full responsibility for project outcomes.
Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, with the flexibility to work as a self-starter or a collaborative team player.
