I’m conducting a search for a best-in-class recruiting team within a large, PE-backed outpatient healthcare organization, and we are looking for elite recruiting talent with direct experience in the
Physical Therapy space .
We need recruiters who can do more than just fill jobs. We want professionals who can build trust with hiring leaders, manage complex req loads, source creatively, move with urgency, and close top talent.
Open roles:
1 Sourcer – Physical Therapists
3 Talent Advisors – Physical Therapists / some Occupational Therapists

$43–51/hr
Real path to permanent hire in 3–6 months
Conversion range of $90K–$105K

Ideal candidates may come from organizations such as Hinge Health, Sword Health, Ivy Rehab, Omada Health, CORA, PT Solutions, SportsMedPT, or Physical Rehab Network.
Geographic preference: 2 hires with strong Alabama/Georgiamarket knowledge, 3 hires open nationally.
