POSITION SUMMARY:
The Admission Outreach Specialist provides operational and logistical support for the university’s recruiting team. This role coordinates travel arrangements, prepares and manages promotional materials for recruitment events, enters prospective student contact information into university systems, and assists with various administrative projects that support the work of the admissions team.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Register for BJU recruitment events
Pack and ship promotional materials for various recruitment trips
Make travel plans for various recruitment trips
Inventory promotional materials
Process contact cards from prospective students
Assist with miscellaneous projects
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Knowledge of business English
Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
Ability to work with numbers
Able to pack, lift and carry boxes
Preferred - Degree from Bob Jones University
