Order Fulfillment Specialist

Join our innovative team as an Order Fulfillment Specialist, where you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate orders and timely deliveries at Red River. In this role, you will collaborate with various departments to continuously improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Manage post-sale administrative tasks for customer and vendor orders, including contract reviews, sales order creation, purchase order placements, and order tracking until fulfillment.

Promptly process Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs), ensuring clear communication with customers and vendors.

Keep Sales teams and Sales Operations updated with timely information on open orders.

Work alongside the Finance team to ensure alignment between accounts payable and receivable.

Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships while identifying opportunities for process enhancements.

Collaborate with internal logistics to manage customer shipments and efficiently address aged inventory issues.

Identify opportunities to enhance purchasing capabilities for Red River.

Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and government regulations.

Adhere to ISO 9001 standards and Supply Chain Risk Management procedures.

Proactively seek improvements in supply chain processes to boost overall efficiency.

Assist in procuring assets for Red River.

Perform additional business duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Associate degree or relevant experience.

At least 2 years of experience in order management, project management, procurement, or a related field.

Experience collaborating with Finance departments (A/P and A/R).

Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

5+ years of experience in order management, project management, procurement, or a similar role.

Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying process improvements.

Knowledge of commercial and federal business interactions.

Skills and Abilities: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy while handling complex tasks.

Self-motivated and proactive in offering team support.

Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of effective collaboration.

Skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Organizational skills to maintain task and documentation order.

Able to work effectively in a remote office setting.

Proficient in collaborating with diverse teams to achieve corporate goals.

Customer-service-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.

Essential Elements:

This role is primarily remote, requiring the ability to remain stationary for extended periods while maintaining consistent communication with colleagues using Red River-approved tools. Special Requirements: U.S. Citizenship is required.
