Product Specialist Advisor

Join Camping World as a Product Specialist Advisor and be part of our dynamic team! This role focuses on collaborating with customers to assess their unique product needs and providing precise price estimates for installations prior to setting appointments.
Your Responsibilities:
Engage daily with customers to understand and promote specialized product requirements and installations.
Evaluate each job for correct sizing, colors, and placement before scheduling installation.
Maintain up-to-date prepayment logs and keep customers informed about the progress of their work.
Coordinate scheduling of installation appointments with the appropriate service team members.
Oversee daily parts traffic and manage the receipt of parts for installations.
Inspect vehicles to ensure accurate parts ordering.
Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
Ensure a clean and safe working environment for both customers and team members.
Be open to cross-training and undertaking other duties as needed.
Qualifications: High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
Minimum one year of sales experience is preferred.
Experience with RV or camping products is beneficial but not required.
Ability to operate daily on a computer and perform necessary online searches.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills are essential.
Familiarity with Service Department procedures and policies is a plus.
A valid driver's license may be required.
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
Willingness to engage in standing, stooping, crawling, and bending as part of the job.
Compensation: The pay range for this role is between $14.00 and $19.04 hourly, along with variable compensation potential estimated between $10,000 - $30,000 annually.
