Position Overview: Parts Counterperson The Heiser Automotive Group has an immediate opening for an experienced

Parts Counterperson . We are looking for a professional, customer-focused individual who is detail-oriented, motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for front-line customer support, parts sales, and assisting both retail customers and internal service technicians.

Responsibilities

Assist customers and technicians by identifying and selling the correct parts

Manage parts inventory and maintain accurate stock levels

Source and order parts as needed

Provide accurate price quotes by phone and in person

Offer timely updates on order status and shipment tracking

Support technicians and service staff

Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

High school diploma or GED

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

Prior automotive parts or service department experience preferred

Strong automotive parts knowledge is a plus

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Valid, clean Wisconsin driver's license

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to learn and take direction

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
