About the opportunity This role is ideal for skilled kitchen-table closers seeking flexibility and unlimited earning potential without the hassle of cold calling. You will meet with pre-set, qualified clients who have shown interest, utilizing your consultative skills to guide them toward the best estate planning solutions. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting in-home appointments with pre-qualified families, primarily those aged 55 and older. Listening and educating clients about estate planning options using clear, straightforward language. Building meaningful relationships and supporting clients in making informed decisions. Managing your schedule and sales pipeline to reflect your dedication and closing abilities. We are looking for candidates who: Have 2+ years of successful experience in outside, in-home, or direct-to-consumer sales. Excel in communication, empathy, and rapport building, especially in personal settings. Demonstrate high integrity and a sincere desire to assist families in making essential choices.
