Your Role: As a Senior Lead Cloud Architect with a focus on innovative cloud-native solutions for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and delivering breakthrough solutions for Oracle's most significant clients. Your technical expertise will be pivotal in building and supporting modern cloud-native environments leveraging technologies such as Kubernetes, microservices, and event-driven architectures. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and support cloud-native solutions utilizing OCI and leading open-source tools like Kubernetes and Docker. Architect event-driven and distributed systems using OCI services, including Oracle Streaming and API Gateway. Automate cloud infrastructure deployment and lifecycle management with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform and Ansible. Work closely with customers during pre-sales, onboarding, and production phases to troubleshoot and optimize OCI adoption. Act as a technical advisor to promote best practices in security, scalability, and high availability within cloud-native architectures. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide feedback, shape product roadmaps, and create technical documentation such as whitepapers and solution briefs. Mentor junior engineers and cultivate a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment. Required Qualifications: 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience in cloud engineering or architecture roles focused on cloud-native technologies. Expertise with Kubernetes and Docker, along with a solid understanding of cloud-native ecosystem tools. Strong grasp of microservices architecture and messaging-based patterns. Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Bash, Go). Experience with DevOps practices and Infrastructure-as-Code tools. Robust understanding of networking, container security, and IAM concepts. Familiarity with cloud monitoring and troubleshooting of distributed systems. Excellent customer interaction skills in a technical advisory or consulting capacity. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; relevant certifications are advantageous. Preferred Qualifications: Awareness of emerging trends and best practices in cloud-native architecture. Experience with enterprise compliance and security frameworks. Active engagement with the cloud-native community through publications or presentations. Compensation and Benefits: The salary range for this role is between $113,100 to $185,100 per annum, potentially including equity and commission incentives.
