Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team at our Branson location. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales over the phone or through virtual meetings. They will also assist with processing and completing sales for whole sales department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities:
Greet and work potential customers from walk-in, phone, and internet traffic Maintain leads within company CRM Qualify prospects and identify their needs Present product information and pricing to customers Negotiate and close sales deals Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction Be active on social media and post items weekly Assist the sales department, when needed, to complete sales transactions Assist the sales department, when needed, with processing customer finance applications Assist with the lot and showroom display Requirements:
Proven experience in sales or customer service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and meet sales targets Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicle Company pays 100% of employee only health insurance 7 paid holidays 401K retirement plan with a company match up to 3% Company paid $15,000 life insurance policy Yearend bonus Pay weekly No waiting period for paid time off Vision Voluntary life insurance Short term disability Some Saturdays will be required, occasional overtime should be expected.
