Public Records Clerk Part-Time (20 Hours/Week)

Start Date: ASAP Schedule: MondayThursday, 9:00 a.m. 3:00 p.m. (1-hour lunch) Weekly Hours: 20 hours per week Compensation: $18$20 per hour Assignment Type: Temporary only through December 31, 2026 Position Overview: A part-time Office Clerk is needed to support administrative tasks related to Public Information Act (PIA) requests. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the Chief Officer of Outreach and Government Affairs. Draft and prepare correspondence to external parties, including mail merge projects. Coordinate with internal departments to gather required documents and records. Create PDF packets for submission to the Office of the Attorney General. Upload requested documents to ShareFile for external access. Maintain and manage filing systems within SharePoint. Use Asana to communicate with internal staff regarding PIA requests. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Public Information Act processes or handling records requests. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Asana, and Adobe tools. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
