What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Lead an end‑to‑end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals and implementation

Collaborate with various organizational functions to refine sales methodologies and product positioning

Build and manage a robust sales pipeline involving multiple stakeholders and economic buyers

Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles within Health Plans and manage C‑suite relationships

Develop structured approaches in unstructured sales environments to foster long‑term partnerships

What is Required (Qualifications):

10+ years of experience as an enterprise sales executive with a track record of closing deals with National Health Plans

Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilize data and statistics for strategic decision‑making

Proven experience in developing innovative solutions for clients and internal stakeholders

Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast‑paced growth environments with limited resources

Self‑motivated and proactive approach to work, including effective communication with remote teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in selling enterprise subscription solutions related to commercial payors

Familiarity with Salesforce and other sales management tools

A natural entrepreneurial spirit with a history of overcoming challenges in sales environments
