What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Drive product acceptance and growth through targeted education and strategic account management
Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare stakeholders, including providers and advocacy groups
Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed sales objectives through in-person and virtual communications
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal partners to enhance product promotion and support
Uphold the highest ethical standards, ensuring compliance with FDA guidelines and industry best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
BS/BA degree in science or related field AND a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical or related sales
Proficiency with sales platforms and business intelligence tools (e.g., Salesforce.com, Oracle, SAP)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives in complex environments
Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales is strongly preferred
Close-door or specialty pharmacy distribution experience
Master’s degree in science or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work within cross-functional teams
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
