ASSISTANT ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE The Assistant Account Executive supports the Account Services team in managing client activities, establishing and managing budgets, executing marketing and advertising initiatives, fulfilling on the creative direction for social and digital campaigns, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope, and providing reporting for analysis and delivery. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional eager to build a career in marketing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (Perform all other duties as assigned.) Client & Account Support
Assist Account Executives in day-to-day management of client accounts
Participate in regular meetings with Account Managers to identify action items
Prepare agendas, status reports, and presentation materials
Project Coordination
Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals for marketing campaigns with Account Managers
Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met
Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records
Support quality control by reviewing deliverables for accuracy and brand alignment
Campaign & Marketing Execution
Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns
Help gather and organize content for digital, print, and social media initiatives
Support campaign reporting by collecting and presenting performance metrics and insights for internal and external review
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to create strategy for media campaigns through social media marketing management system
Creative writing and production experience for digital media
Skills/Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organization and time-management capabilities
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in software programs to include Excel, Word, Google Workspace, Workload Management Software, Sprout Social and Adobe products.
Familiarity with Basecamp a plus
Basic knowledge of marketing principles, branding and digital media atmosphere
Experience and Education Related experience of 0-2 years within the advertising industry is preferable.
College-level students working for or aspiring young professionals with Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business or related degrees are welcome.
