Role Description This is a full-time onsite role for an Inside Sales Account Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for managing and growing customer accounts, providing exceptional customer service, building long-term relationships, and driving customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include reaching out to potential clients, maintaining existing client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs and deliver tailored financial solutions.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Inside Sales and Account Management
Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
Ability to excel in Relationship Building and maintaining long-term partnerships
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
Previous experience in financial services or sales is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
