Role Description We are seeking a full-time Account Manager to join our team at our Wauwatosa, WI office. This on-site role involves providing exceptional customer service to clients, managing insurance accounts, coordinating with insurance carriers, and assisting with policy renewals and changes. The Account Manager will be responsible for identifying client needs, explaining policy options, handling inquiries, processing documentation, and ensuring efficient workflow within the agency. This role requires proactive communication and collaboration with both clients and team members.

Qualifications

Customer service and client relationship management skills

Knowledge of personal, commercial, or life and health insurance products

Proficiency in handling policy renewals, adjustments, and documentation

Excellent organizational, time‑management, and attention‑to‑detail skills

Strong verbal and written communication abilities

Proficiency in using insurance management systems and software, or willingness to learn

Ability to work collaboratively with team members and independently

Previous experience in insurance, sales, or a related field is a plus

Property and casualty insurance license preferred or ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus
