About Us: SuperX AI is the leading infrastructure solutions provider for the hyperscale DC building the next generation of AI factories. We are a full stack provider supporting DC buildout to AI server, electric system including HVDC (High-Voltage Direct Current), liquid cooling systems, and the provisioning and building the AI Cloud for our customers.
About the Role: We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to drive business expansion and revenue growth across assigned markets. This role will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, and supporting the commercialization of AI server and data center infrastructure solutions.
The ideal candidate combines commercial acumen with strong learning agility in the fast-evolving AI infrastructure landscape.
Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Client Management
Identify, prospect, and develop new regional clients across AI computing, data center, and enterprise segments
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers
Understand client requirements and position tailored AI server and infrastructure solutions
Expand existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling initiatives
Execute regional sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives
Own and manage sales pipeline, ensuring visibility and forecast accuracy
Lead commercial discussions, negotiate contract terms, and support deal closure
Contribute directly to regional revenue targets and margin objectives
Monitor AI infrastructure market trends, competitor positioning, and regulatory developments
Provide structured feedback on pricing dynamics, allocation landscape, and demand cycles
Prepare periodic sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and strategic insights
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with product, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order execution
Coordinate with finance and legal teams on commercial terms and billing processes
Support customer onboarding, delivery coordination, and post-sales engagement
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, or related disciplines
1–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or international trade preferred
Exposure to AI computing, servers, semiconductor, or data center industry is advantageous
Strong interest in AI infrastructure and emerging technologies
Strong commercial mindset with revenue ownership mentality
Ability to develop and manage sales pipeline independently
Effective negotiation and client relationship management skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in English is required
Japanese or Korean language skills are a strong advantage
Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Additional Preferences
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
Interest in international trade procedures, logistics, and cross-border transactions
Ability to work effectively across multicultural teams
Remuneration: Total annual package between USD180,000 to USD250,000
