What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Serve as the primary brand and customer advocate through various communication channels
Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and guide them through the service process
Collaborate with team members to resolve customer escalations and ensure satisfaction
Schedule appointments for customers at Sun Auto Tire and Service locations
Maintain accurate customer records and provide timely responses to inquiries
What is Required (Qualifications):
1-2 years of relevant work experience in sales or marketing
Familiarity with telephony and CRM software such as InContact or Zendesk
Proven track record of good tenure in previous roles
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Teams
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Bilingual skills are a plus
Previous experience in a remote work environment
High energy and enthusiasm for sales and customer service
Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive issue prevention skills
