We areseekinga proactive and knowledgeablesellerto spearhead the growth of our new AI CTRL services. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of Expedient’s AI strategy, responsible foracquiringnew customers andestablishingour presence in this exciting market.

This position is available for applicants who live in or nearby northeast Ohio. On-site, in-office daily collaboration is required in Expedient's Cleveland office and data center.

The ideal candidate is a strategic seller with a passion forcutting-edgetechnology, a knack for simplifying complex concepts, and a proventrack recordof exceeding sales targets.This role is unique because youaren'tlimited to just one lead source. You will apply three distinctsales motions to close deals:

1. The Channel Closer (Partner Ecosystem)

The Mission:Our Regional Partner Managers (RPMs) own the relationships; you own the win.

The Action:When a partneridentifiesan opportunity, you step in as the Artificial Intelligence authority. You will educate the client on Expedient’s AI offering,validate the technical fit, and worklock-stepwith the partner to close the deal.

2. The Inbound Hunter (Marketing Conversion)

The Mission:Marketingidentifiestheinterest; you create theopportunity.

The Action:You will receive warm leads from our marketingorganization. Your job is toidentifythe real opportunities,setthe meetingsimmediately, and manage the full sales cyclethroughcloseforExpedient AI CTRL. A lead is just a start—your tenacity turns it into revenue.

3. The Field Force Multiplier (Internal Overlay)

The Mission:Elevate our existingfield sales team.

The Action:You act as the specialist overlay for our Field Account Executives. When they uncover potential in anopportunitythey are working, you parachute in to explain the product, align the Artificial Intelligence strategy to their specific business goals, and prove the ROI to theclient.

Additional Responsibilities:

Develop a deep understanding of the AI CTRL services portfolio and effectively articulate its value proposition to prospective customers.

Stay current on the AI landscape to understand our competitive advantages and position Expedient as a leader in the AI/IT space.

Maintainrecords inSalesforce, provideaccuratesales forecasts, and report on pipeline development and sales goal attainment.

Required Skills/Abilities:

1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, SDR/BDR, customer success, or related customer-facing roles

Demonstrated ability to prospect and qualify leads or support sales activities (cold outreach, follow-ups, discovery calls).

Basic familiarity with AI, machine learning, or cloud technology concepts and a clear eagerness to deepen technical knowledge quickly.

Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable participating in demos and customer meetings with guidance from senior team members.

Experience using a CRM to track activity and opportunities (Salesforce experience is aplus butnotrequired).

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and follow sales processes for forecasting and reporting.

Team-oriented and coachable—able to work effectively with marketing, channel partners, and field sales.

Self-motivated, persistent, and focused on building a career in technology sales.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree preferred but notrequired; relevant certifications or training in sales/AI are a plus.

Salary for this position will be based on your experience and your skills. Estimated salary range is $65,000 to $80,000 base annually plus uncapped commission.

Location: Cleveland, Ohio office and data center. On-site role, regional travel may be required.
