This is a full-time, on-site role based in Syracuse, NY, for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will oversee client accounts, build and maintain strong client relationships, and ensure seamless communication between the company and clients. Key responsibilities include understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, collaborating with internal stakeholders, preparing reports, and addressing any inquiries. The Account Manager will also monitor account performance and focus on delivering outstanding customer satisfaction while supporting long-term strategic initiatives. Qualifications

Client relationship management and exceptional communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Competency in preparing and presenting reports Proven ability to collaborate with internal teams to meet client objectives Experience working in insurance, risk management, or related advisory services is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite) Willingness to work on-site in Syracuse, NY
