Role Description We are seeking a dedicated full-time Account Executive to join our team. The Account Executive will drive sales growth by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and effectively promoting and selling CaroTrans’ services. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, analyzing market trends, creating and monitoring a pipeline, coordinating with operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. This role plays a critical part in strengthening our market presence and fostering long-term partnerships with clients.

Willingness to travel within our large territory (Ohio, Detroit, Pittsburgh, Erie, Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, Albany).

Comfortable qualifying prospects and making multiple calls, emails, and virtual touchpoints per day.
Strong relationship‑building skills to help link sales and operations
Desire to learn and continue growing your industry knowledge.
Disciplined, organized, results‑focused, and driven.
Politely persistent in actions and follow‑up to close sales.
Ability to plan and organize your time effectively.
Professional conduct and presentation in all customer interactions.

Core Responsibilities:
Completing daily outbound sales calls to existing and prospective customers.
Managing assigned accounts and developing new opportunities to grow revenue.
Supporting branch operations with lead generation and customer insights.
Providing customer quotes, service details, and timely follow‑up on inquiries.
Generating leads for our partners and colleagues.
Achieving weekly and monthly activity benchmarks established by the branch.
Participating in virtual and in-person meetings, customer follow‑ups, and sales strategy discussions.
