This is a fully remote position supporting clients across the United States. The company partners with brands, agencies, and e-commerce businesses to manage digital advertising campaigns and performance marketing strategies.
Are you an account management professional who enjoys building strong client relationships and helping businesses grow through digital marketing? Our client is seeking an Account Manager to oversee ongoing relationships with a portfolio of clients using their advertising and marketing technology platform.
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring campaigns are running smoothly, performance goals are met, and opportunities for optimization are identified. You will work closely with internal marketing strategists, media buyers, and analytics teams to deliver measurable results while maintaining strong client partnerships.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple client relationships in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to translate marketing performance data into clear insights for clients and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and long‑term account growth.
What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of experience in account management, client services, customer success, or digital marketing account management.
Experience working with digital advertising, marketing agencies, media buying, or marketing technology platforms.
Strong ability to manage ongoing client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on campaign performance.
Comfortable reviewing marketing metrics such as ROAS, conversion rates, CTR, and campaign performance data.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
Experience coordinating with cross‑functional teams including marketing strategists, creative teams, and analytics.
Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar marketing platforms.
A proactive mindset and strong attention to detail in managing campaigns and client expectations.
